Luxuriously appointed, multi-level design creates the perfect environment for elegant yet casual entertainment. Step down to the spacious ground-level living area that opens up to a lovely landscaped terraced patio overlooking the water. With a barbecue, gourmet-equipped kitchen and dining area, you can easily dine in. Prepare your own feast with fresh seafood from the docks and seasonal produce from the farmer's market. Or take a short walk to one of the fine restaurants in town. The upstairs master suite includes a queen-size bed, comfortable overstuffed chairs for reading, a private three-quarter bath and small deck overlooking the Port. On the entry level, two additional bedrooms share a three-quarter bath. One can only imagine the delightful vacation memories from your stay at the Seaside Sanctuary. * Monthly Rental Required $10,000 per month

Cancelation Policy
**CANCELLATION POLICY: If you should need to cancel prior to 45 days of your reservation, you will get your full deposit back, minus a $300 admin fee. 30 - 45 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be retained. A cancellation of 30 days or less, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
